Grant Hawthorne

Grant has a wide range of experience in business development, hi-tech start-up funding and consultancy. He has an accounting background and has played a key role in the successful roll out of a technology company in Canada. He has also worked in South Africa and the UK.

Prior to founding Core Potential, Grant was Finance Director of Azea Networks which raised $60m and was acquired by Xtera Communications Inc.

Before that, Grant headed up the Great Eastern Investment Forum(GEIF)which is one of the UK's leading early stage funding organisations based in Cambridge.
