Managing Director

Gary Jesson, Managing Director of e-FM is a qualified chartered accountant with about 30 years experience in advising and working with companies across a broad range of business sectors.

Prior to founding e-FM with Tony Biddle, he worked with Ernst & Young and his career with the company spanned almost twenty years. During that time he worked in various areas of their business including a two-year period in the USA where he was responsible for the successful re-engineering of the delivery of their audit service. He was also responsible for the negotiation of the worldwide software licences and the development of training and marketing programmes to assist with the launch and implementation of the new software.

On his return to the UK he worked extensively with entrepreneurial businesses including leading the roll out of their Entrepreneur of the Year programme and as a business adviser to the Cranfield Growth Programme.

He has also worked in a Financial Director capacity to about 50 clients. In addition he has taken on interim finance roles for various companies, including a BP subsidiary, helping to stabilise the finance function ahead of selling the business to a management buy-out team.

Gary oversees the operations in all of e-FM's regional offices across the UK
