July 2008On the 15th of July 2008, Manchester witnessed a very successful business event.
The One Expo Trade Show / Seminar series was sponsored by the Midas Manchester Inward Investment Agency and received full booking long before the event took place.
The One Expo Trade Show/Seminar Series was sponsored by the EU European Regional Development Fund this summer. The event took place at One Central Park in Central Manchester which is the hub for incubated businesses and SMEs. The trade show involved Baker Tilly, Orhid, Business for Breakfast, Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, Printing.com, Posture Minder, The UK Business Centre, e-Financial Management (e-FM)and a host of other companies. 'One Expo' was very well attended, with 65 delegates at the seminar, and received highly positive compliments from attendees.
e-FM's seminar theme 'Recession proofing your business' was delivered alongside Baker Tilly's 'How To Raise Finance in Tough Times' and Salisi's 'Developing Your Key Asset - A Winning team'.
Maurice Scott, Regional Director, e-FM , who delivered this presentation says 'This event was organized with the intention of providing as many businesses as possible with insight into the management of growing business and strategies to ensure optimum performance in the current economic climate, and feedback reveals that we did exactly that.
